Is it just me or does every Ambassador who is assigned to the Enterprise for a period of time up to no good? Or why does it feel like at least 80% of the ambassadors we encounter in The Next Generation are jerks.
Seriously, Starfleet does a poor job of screening the applicants that go into the diplomatic branch.
